Scheduling & Cancellation - We understand that real estate is a fast paced industry and things tend to happen last minute. If an appointment needs to be canceled, please try and do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. If we arrive, or are on the way to the site and are unable to shoot due to negligence, you will be charged a $75 fee if we come back to shoot the property. We value your time as a professional; we ask you do the same. We are flexible with rescheduling as long as you communicate openly with us. Things happen! We know! Do understand, if an appointment has to be rescheduled we may have other appointments booked; we will get you in as soon as possible.

Weather - We will do our best to accommodate you under poor weather conditions. If you have an appointment scheduled on a rainy/gloomy day, please consider whether the appointment can be moved or not. We will do our best to communicate on the day of. Please understand if we arrive on site to shoot, there will be a fee charged if you decide to cancel last minute. Also, we cannot and will not fly the drone on a rainy day, even if it's a light drizzle. For the protection of our equipment, we reserve the right to make the final call on whether the conditions are ok to shoot in. 

Drone - As a commercial drone pilot, we make sure to abide by rules set by the FAA. If your listing is in a restricted airspace, the process for getting approval could take days/weeks OR may not get approved at all. We will communicate with you these issues but please understand some of these situations are out of our control. 

On Site - Please refer to our Photo Prep Checklist to ensure your listing is photo ready. We pride ourselves on customer service and are certainly open to making minor adjustments to blinds, sinks, lamps, pillows, etc. However, when it comes to moving major items or cleaning, we expect that to be done prior to the shoot. Please understand we are on a schedule and can’t be expected to make your listing photo ready, we assume walking in, it’s ready to shoot. If your listing is in poor condition, dirty, full of items etc, it will be shot as is. We love homeowners and understand this can be an overwhelming process for them; please communicate the need for them to stay out of the way during the shoot so we can service you to the best of our ability. Please ask them to remove pets if possible as well. If not, they may appear in the photos and an editing fee will be applied to be photoshopped out. 

Editing - Minor adjustments like sky replacements can be made. In order to protect you and our business, major use of photoshop is frowned upon due to misrepresentation. Photoshop is a fantastic tool but is not a quick fix to a listing that is not prepped properly! Also, any edits that are considered time consuming and unreasonable will be subject to an editing fee. I always refer back to the golden rule of recording music in studio - garbage in, garbage out! No amount of technology can fix that. Let's get that listing prepped! 

Usage - All images provided by Ayerborne are protected by copyright and constitute the intellectual property of our company. The usage of these images is licensed to you based on the selected package. We are dedicated to safeguarding the interests, intellectual property rights, and livelihood of both our company and photographers. Temporary Usage Rights are granted to the real estate agent or client, allowing them to use the images until the property is sold, rented, or removed from the market. If there's a need to reuse the images beyond a single one-time listing, the acquisition of permanent usage rights is necessary. Upon the property's sale, the purchase of permanent usage rights is required to maintain the images' use for ongoing marketing purposes. Please contact us regarding permanent usage rights. 

Payment - Photos are delivered through Aryeo where you can preview them. In order to download them, you must pay the package price first. This safeguard is in place to ensure consistent payment for our services. Payment is due upon delivery of final media content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All major credit cards/debit cards are accepted. Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client are considered final and are non-refundable.

Travel - After 30 miles from my home location (Winston Salem, 27106) a travel fee of .75 cents per mile is added.
